Want to purchase a firearm? You need proof you took a basic pistol class to do so. Want to learn to shoot? You will get the basics of using a firearm from the safety rules, how the firearm works, the ammunition to use, which eye is your dominate eye, to how to grip the firearm, how to stand when shooting, and how to line up the sights to hit your target, we will touch on the firearm laws, suicide prevention and more. Safety is the most important aspect when handling firearms and will be stressed throughout the class.
The class is $85 and starts at 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. Pre-registration is required with a $30 non-refundable deposit, balance due at the door. (No refund if you miss two classes.)
Bring eye protection, ear protection, a baseball cap and a firearm with appropriate ammo if you have one. If not, bring 50 rounds of .22LR and/or 9mm Luger/Parabellum ammo to use in the firearms I have available. I have extra eye/ear protection as well.
